Gisella de la Rocha

Gisella de la Rocha is Vice President of Legal at MPM BioImpact.

Prior to joining MPM, Gisella worked at ​​5AM Ventures and Moderna, where she advised on complex licensing transactions and strategic M&A.  She began her legal career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York, where she advised on private equity and public company M&A.

Gisella received her JD from The George Washington University Law School, her MS from Columbia University and her HBSc from the University of Toronto.  Gisella is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
