Chasen Richter, M.B.A.

Chasen Richter is Head of Fund Investor Relations and Strategic Finance at MPM BioImpact, where he leads fundraising, investor engagement, and strategic finance initiatives for the firm, with a focus on MPM’s private funds and company-building efforts.

Prior to joining MPM BioImpact, Chasen was a Senior Director at Flagship Pioneering, where he focused on capital formation across the firm’s life sciences and sustainability venture creation funds. Before Flagship, he helped lead investor relations efforts at Moderna during a period of significant growth and expansion. Chasen began his career in equities at J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong, advising institutional investors across Asia.

Chasen earned his M.B.A. from the Boston University Questrom School of Business and his B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Boston College.
