Aparna Parikh, M.D.
Dr. Aparna Parikh is an Entrepreneur Partner at MPM BioImpact. She is a co‑founder and CEO/Chief Scientist of Reversing Early Recurrence and serves as Director of the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Global Cancer Care Program, and Co-Director of the GI Cancer Program at the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute. In addition, Dr. Parikh is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a gastrointestinal oncologist at MGH Cancer Center, where she leads the Colorectal Medical Oncology Research and Young Adults Colorectal Cancer programs.
Prior to joining MPM BioImpact, Dr. Parikh worked as a Medical Director at Genentech and a Clinical Instructor at UC San Francisco Medical Center. She is internationally renowned for her expertise in gastrointestinal cancers, work in liquid biopsy and ctDNA, and advocacy for equitable cancer care worldwide.
Dr. Parikh earned her M.D. from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her training in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. She also completed a Hematology/Oncology fellowship at UC San Francisco Medical Center.
